The Mike thing, if you will, was a Bull Market baby as they say. Had commodity prices stayed up it would have been fine. In my opinion Mike was hamstrung and showed his lack of Junior knowledge by not raising a big pile of cash while the market was hot. And ya, hindsight is 20/20 so not his fault.
If the plan to develop was sincere they needed to raise $20mm bucks... I could tell Mike didn't fully understand Capital Markets in the way he referred to a shelf perspectus in the interviews. Anyways, this is opportunity now!!!
