I could assume that Jack is also frustrated there are no orders of a single MiQLab since expanding his sales reps 5 months ago. Thats why he's more comfortable doing further research collaboration with the army, that's where his strength is, on research, thus he needs more funds. whatever reasons that the MiQLab is not selling is the subject of shareholder concerns. Jack need to clarify this concern before embarking on any further research collaboration
