The gold assets are really speculative. George Fink has had a couple of successful Gould properties in the past. I believe that they typically were acquired inside an oil company and then spun out… If there's something of value there I would expect the same to occur again.
 

The management team both Bonterra and Pinecliff have consistently put the common shareholder first. Both men live by their outstanding character value system. 

Pinecliff has endured a lot of pain over the last seven years… It's a good thing that the tables have turned and they get to enjoy some time in the sunshine.
