Hope you all enjoy my latest research on the other LXG message boards, ENJOY.......

I bet the company is having recurrent problem with heating the sample to higher temperatures. I suspect the heating causes warping and deforming of the tiny plastic tubes that frequent servicing for each machine, probably 2x to 3x per week depending on the frequency of tests. That could have taken up a lot of Jack's time, thus he's set aside his other tasks like sales, FDA EUA application, and the collaborations and other problem issues in the company. Jack probably needs help with other issues, and that he's not getting the critical help that's needed. IMHO.
