They might also be in some serious legal trouble and here's why ...  The financial statement clearly says that as of June 30th they had zero plants and had stopped growing.  The catch - they put out CSE Monthly Progress reports for June, July and August that said nothing of the kind.  In fact - the exact opposite. 

From Sept 1, 2021 dated Monthly Progress report ... (Two months AFTER they admit in fine print in FInancial Statements they had stopped growing operations!!)

Matica continues to ship OUESTTM brand premium cannabis and CITOYENTM brand cannabis, on an increasing basis. The Company continues to work with other provinces to increase our distribution and is in talks with the SQDC to begin sales in the province of Quebec and with the OCS to begin sales in Ontario. FORM 7 – MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT November 14, 2008 Page 2 The Company continues to review other cannabis related opportunities and financing opportunities.

Management continues to work with other provincial authorities towards recreational sales and is working to have branded product available in with several provinces as soon as possible. Matica is launching the CITOYEN brand of cannabis in British Columbia. CITOYEN brand products are quality cannabis offerings at lower entry prices and with greater volumes in comparison to our premium OUEST products. CITOYEN products will be available in larger 28 gram and 14 gram formats. Management continues to work towards Cannabis 2.0, producing edibles and topicals.
