For anyone new herePHD has been plagued for years by a troll who uses many different names.  He repeats misinformation, boringly, endlessly. 

He answers to kozMOE 1 and 2, gimmebreak, dark angel, crooks, blackeyes matter, et.al.)

Many have the fellow on ignore.  (all of his names)
