It's been good for me.  What with the profits I've been harvesting off GE this year I've managed to expand my position, recovering the 25k shares I sold during the pop, and more, at a slight discount.

Still LOTS of sitting on unexecuted orders on the bid though.  More volume would be nice!

Take advantage of the dips, hesitation, lack of news, FUD, even going overweight on the position, then sell the excess on the hype, buying back on the next lull, slowly growing your permanent position.

You'll thank yourself when China gets pissy and simply stops exporting strategic rare earths.
