Voting Results

Voting Resultsnote    how   they  hid  the  voting    results    by   just   declaring  the  directors   elected., instead  of    listing    the    votes    for   and against   for    each   director    as    is  normal.  Perhaps  they  wanted   to  hide  the  fact   that   minority   shareholders  largely  voted  against the proposed directors?
