RE:RE:just looking at how weather may affect the construction The weather charts on the previous post are not from the site but were pretty close in data to the mine site.  The data shows four months with around 10 inches of rain per month. December through March is wet, and is therefore muddy and sloppy.
What am I looking at?
Phase two should be built in a shorter time line than phase one as the bugs should have been worked out.  All the questions that needed to be asked have already been asked. Things like how do we build this? This spec has two different interpretations.  There are no holes in plate 723 for associated hardware, the number seven left handed spud wrench that wasn’t on site is now available. ETC.
The comparison between phase one and phase two is not an apples to apples comparison, but pretty close. Due to seasonal weather changes my thought is a greater portion on the iron on phase two will be erected during the dry season when compared to phase one. Not a bad place to be timing wise.  Iron is a difficult and dangerous enough task to do without having to contend with inclement weather.
This just means that I would expect gains and or efficiencies not only from “hey we did this already” but to also include a percentage gain from better timing of the project relative to weather.
This may be moot as supply chain issues may rule the day.
