Interesting for sure.Things are brewing that you are not aware of perhaps??? Apparently someone or some entity has faith in VPT,s future, and is confident . Should be easy to figure out once you stop moaning and growning and put two and two together.. As I said earlier in the day, relax and have faith in GW and GE.
