RE:AMK Bovalena, I think you are missing the point of TUD buying the NSR and AMK agreeing to have it bought out and extinguished. NSR overhang has prevented many deals from occuring. I see this as TUD and AMK having the foresight to reduce the underlying NSR obligations for the good of the joint venture and to clean things up and package for a potential deal. That NSR is now extinguished. I also view this as a very bullish and positive move by TUD as they know what it will take to get a deal done. If the NSR obligations are too onerous then we may never see a Treaty sale. We should also see more being paid for Treaty Creek as NSR's are reduced/eliminated. Translating to more paid per share for each of us. Simple as that.
