Just looked at a daily chart, and with the 20 and 200 expodential moving averages at 3.04 and 3.03 respectively, cmmc must climb through to establish even a short term price change from red to green.

There is also the major pivot point at 2.99.

The RSI is about 43, under 50, but climbing.

Slow Stochastics and CCI are both oversold.

I would agree with a bottom if price rises above the three points of resistance noted above, but not till then.
