WHAT I was stating is the reasons I thought people were not buying PTK!

Myself, I have way more shares than I should BUT after putting up with PTK for almost 10 years maybe just maybe this might work out AND the more shares you own the better BUT ..

I did buy a few at a $1 but got nevous thinking about the effect the reverse split will have on the price especially adding in the raise when going to the NAS. How big it's going to be will have a major effect on dilution for us poor common fry. For that reason I didn't buy anymore.

I am 100% against a reverse split because imo you always get screwed and there is a very good chance it will happen here to. IF POET is so great leave things as is and it will rise on it's own.
