RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Outcome Electric cars/vehicles was exactly what you are implying by saying Rail-Veyor not in general infrastructure but rather niche markets or conditions, but here everyone at Noront is screaming electric vehicles for all conditions? Rail-Veyor has a fraction of the moving parts as a large truck or locomotive, weight is evenly spread out unlike a large truck which would destroy roads as it travels along (a grader would need to follow behind a large truck to fix the damage) spring thaw would bring trucks to 1/2 loads all these along a 400 km road?
Rail-Veyor would cut costs of trucking by about 90%, same with emissions.
Comparing conveyor system in oil sands is Apple and oranges, it's sand which is soaked in dripping oil and has to be transported in a sealed container so as oil seepage doesn't contaminate surrounding environment, Chromite ore/nickel ore is a solid mineral.
lol, may as well throw it into future consideration drawer. And that's why Noront's nickel is to expensive to transport/land locked/and environmentally unfriendly to transport 400 km's by huge mining trucks. How many trucks per/day transporting nickel ore/how many trucks daily transporting Chromite? Large mining trucks won't be transporting nickel/Chromite ore, Rail-Veyor really looks like the chosen transport method.
Tony Marquis from Canada Chrome has spoken very highly of Rail-Veyor being able to transport Chromite/Nickel and didn't mention once about throwing it in the consideration drawer? Do you have the qualifications as Tony Marquis has?
