Swift action coming to Calm Northern Peru’s Indigenous?

I think we may have been just seeing the smoke and Bellido was the real fire. Prediction: the new prime minster makes a quick trip to northern Peru to engage in needed conversations. She is a lawyer (respects the rule of law which is good for PetroTal) and gained international attention by taking on a big mining corp. (cares about people). If anyone can help strike a fair, balanced deal it’s her! Who thinks she could be the solution to all of this?
