CommentI can see why Lamken is regarded as a star. He seemed pretty solid in the face of a great deal of quick back-and-forth. I like how, in response to various wording or technical quibbles, he kept trying to bring things back to a common-sense way of looking at things.
I'd say it was positive that the judges seemed to have no appetite for sending things back for a third trial. It seems to me counterintuitive that the court would give Apple a home run when they've made it clear enough that they don't want to give them a single or a double. But . . . I suppose it could happen.
Looks promising to me though I'm aware that it's impossible for me to view the matter with complete dispassion.
