Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. How?  Could you provide a scenario that ends with shareholders with nothing?  Even in a BK, the assets are sold and the revenue is divided up among claimants.  That includes the value of the reserves, which would be bought at auction, prompting a bidding war, and would be sold IMO for more than the company owes.
 
Toss in a small newly producing mine and I can't see how the company shareholders would end up with nothing.  Before all this happened, the smart move would be for a major to step in before the BK & auction.
