The Petition Project features over 31,000 scientists signing the petition stating "There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide will, in the forseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth's atmosphere ...". (Petition Project)

Also 97% of the carbon trapped in our atmosphere is caused by water vapour produced DURING THE WATER CYCLE which traps the carbon. 

So the question should not be whether or not fossil fuels cause atmospheric changes BUT at what rate and at what level. As for climate change, yes I do believe in climate change and my evidence of this is the last Ice Age...
