The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. De riskedNCU topped out at .30 post $3.00 equivalent with way more risk that now.

Then,  their finances were uncertain and in great jeopardy and the mine was
plagued with water issues and production issues.  Mgmt was also suspect
of incompetence.

Now that is all behind so with continued progress I see no reason NCU can't
reach $3.00 by EOY or certainly by the new year.   The mine is greatly de risked
compared to what was going on prior to recent news.   The selloff was overdone
but understandable given the uncertainties.  Now we reverse back up and should 
have no problems reaching the old highs.   This is now showtime and hopefully,
no more obstacles.
