They are implementing an exit Strategy.  Seriously don't listen to anything Martin Schwartz says.  They are going to do a buy back but they are going to try and talk down the price so they can increase their equity stake before selling home and juvenile.  He has no intention of other acquisitions at 70 years old.  The boards average age is around 70.  If you were the board what would you do.  

Step one raise capital
Step 2 buyback as many shares you can as cheap as possible
Step 3 sell the remaining two sectors and the last men standing reap all the rewards.

Shareholders best move HODL
