IHC makes agreement with ON2 to construct prototype plant HUGE news for Imperial Helium Corp. ( $IHC.V ) today.
$IHC has executed an agreement with ON2 Solutions for the construction and delivery of a prototype helium-plant that is being developed with the aim of producing 99.999% helium ( AKA grade-A helium).
$IHC will pay ON2 $400k upon delivery of the prototype plant, which is expected to be completed this December.
The prototype plant will enable $IHC to become helium producers sooner and reduce the risk associated with the installation of their final helium plant.
This move sets $IHC apart from other helium producers in the exploration phase by putting them on the path to become grad-A helium producers.
