Can someone please tell me what this adds to anything? Believe we were aware a financing was in progress.

Just copying this does not add much to the actual discussion of what is happenning with the stock and why we need the financing if , as noted during the year , a buy-out is imminent.

Given this latest financing , it would appear we are in this for the long haul and the end is not as close as might have been hoped

Or do we have hundreds of sales coming soon and have to provide a lot of product , or make the sales ourselves???

GLTA - we might need it.
