The Company is engaged in the evaluation, exploration, development and production of industrial mineral properties in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Company’s principal asset is the Great Atlantic salt deposit project (Great Atlantic Salt Project), located in the St. George Basin of western Newfoundland. Its Gypsum Project is three kilometers (km) southwest of Great Atlantic salt deposit, which is an early-stage and open-pit production from the Ace deposit. Its Nepheline Syenite Property consists of a surface occurrence of nepheline syenite along the southern Labrador highway. The project is located approximately six km from tide water.

RE:🌀 SPIN OUT 🌀Stockgirl, great news today from SALT, they are certainly sitting on a major find. As to your question about how many shares one could get on a spin out, rarely does one get equal shares because the shell it will spin into will already have a share structure, thus during the negotiations regarding the new structure usually there is a dilution, such as 1 for ever 3 shares and higher, such as 1 for every 6 shares.... I don't know for sure, the more share one gets is the better. I am sure everyone will do fine if there is a spinout.
