RE:RE:RE:RE:Adoption of Shareholder Rights PlanGiven the urgency of the company to implement the SRP, I suspect that there may be a preditor lurking in the bush.

I am pleased that managment has taken this action to protect shareholders from any preditory hostile takeover, especially give the unrealisticly low  SP.

I have not seen specific details of the SRP and was wondering if anyone has a link to the document.
