RE:RE:Insiders buying! And insiders only buy for one reasonWhen the market is down smart investors scoop up the good deals. The undervalued hidden gems that can now be bought at a nice margin of safety and become impressive multi-baggers. Adcore is one of these companies. And so is Wishpond Technologies. This is the time to buy and put yourself in a position to become very wealthy in a few years.
However, on the flip side, there are the stories of the inexperienced bitter retail investors who time and time again like to wait for massive momentum before they begin to buy. Take Maggs for example. The problem with people like Maggs is that they end up buying at the highs. Then when the low hits (which is just how stocks work) they don’t hold but instead complain and blame everyone for their foolish buying behaviour (buying high and selling low). They even argue with empirical facts telling people don’t buy low when it’s undervalued and has so much upside because they are bitter that they bought high. They basically take on every trait that investing psychology cautions is against.
Don’t be one of the Maggs of the world. Don’t buy high but instead get into innovative companies that are engaged in impressive growth (such as Adcore/Wishpond/AcuityAds) when it’s trading low because that will afford you a nice margin of safety. Companies like Adcore have massive potential especially for smart investors who buy in when it’s low.
Remember: despite common sense psychology informs us that people often don’t buy in low but instead wait and buy in high when they feel it’s safer to do so but that is a fallacy of reasoning. You are safer buying low into companies that are undervalued because that creates a better margin of safety.
Buy low and sell high. Easy strategy. But for some reason our brains are wired to wait to buy until it’s high (fFOMO). Maggs is a perfect example.
Adcore is undervalued and a.great entry price right now. Or wait a year to buy at a higher price when you think it’s safer (but it’s not because your margin of entry price safety will be lower).
