I think the Div. will be reinstated in conjunction with Q4 dropping
so March 2022
the reason why i have so much VET (348,000 shares) is I expect the DIV to be MASSIVE
Briefly-
from their slides all in cash cost ~ $42 / boe
~ 86,000 boe/d for last ER - (31,390,000 / Year)
On 162 mm shares o/s, and $80 oil ...
that's ~ $1,192,820,000 FFO / year
Then $375mm capex
so approx $800mm FCF
Mkt cap is $2.15 billion
That's a 38% FCF Yield at $80 oil.
on 162mm shares, you're looking at $7.36 in annual divs (at $80 oil), if they paid all FCF as a Div.
on 350,000 shares, I could be looking at a $2,577,080.25 annual salary
Some would argue i'm being optimistic -- and I am if $80 doesn't hold
BUT we ARE in an energy crisis
Personally i think oil prices go MUCH higher .... so the Div. could be STUPID HUGE
You have the framework, i'll let you put the #'s in for commodity prices
