Seeking Alpha sum of parts comes up with $45 per share.
TD with $46 per share and mine of today at $47 per share.

Pretty Good agreement.
SA  is over estimated the debt as the leasing costs associated with the Sports deal will be part of the deal.

Also, I see significant improvement in the Juvenile segment going forward, as they chop some of the smaller operations in countries with very small markets.

They just sold one of their manufacturing plants in China for $51 million US as the first stage of that move to bring profitability of the Juvenile segment in-line with its very high gross margins which are higher than either Sports or Home..
