I've been to the New Orleans conference.  I like Brian.  But the cost/benefit of going (more my time commitment than $$) especially for a year like this, I can guarantee you is not worth it.  For us that is.  I'm sure for other companies it is valuable.

I'm happy to do conferences virtual and in person.  

But if you're sitting there with your Mko position, and basically are saying, "gosh darnit, the only thing this company needs is for the CEO to attend the Nola conference", I suggest you revisit your underwriting standards.
