RE:RE:how many counter offers can happenThats correct Justcray12, Noront has now accepted Wyloo's bid to be superior to BHP's 55 cent bid and now BHP has 5 business days to counter.this is a quote from Wyloo's press release "

EXPECTED TIMING

Completion of the Wyloo Offer is expected to occur in December 2021. The Wyloo Offer is subject to BHP’s right to match period of 5 business days.

Here is the release:https://www.wyloometals.com/news/2021/wyloo-metals-and-noront-formalize-superior-offer/

B
ut, i think Ford was asking when does Noront have to accept an offer as the final offer, going once , going twice, Sold to the bidder in the second row so to speak.

as far as i know this could go back and forth for quite a while as long as the next bid is deemed to be superior to the previous bid, also another ( third bidder) could still show up before all of this is done. Could still be a while i think. Or could be 5 business days from yesterday. Hope this helps ... and is accurate.
