Since Goren is one of 4 Board of Directors he holds 25% weight on all decisions....l don't like him and don't trust this company to make a rational decision without a permanent CEO in place ....50 million share of dilution for a unrelated unproven shroom company currently run by professional financial guys is a total red flag as well
