RE:Interesting questionmrmoribund, you ask what's changed in the Wilan funding ITS acquisitions strategy.  Timing would be my guess. 

It has never been an either/or on debt versus Wilan dollars.  In fact, as far back as Shawn McEwan debt was on the table - i.e., I quote, "the acquisition would fund the cost of financing."  It has been signalled even more strongly recently.

I agree with you that we will find out sooner rather than later how the money is going to be used.  I believe Q3 will be strong, so it matters little if an acquisition is anounced before or after the anticipated November 4th release date.  It may come down to a PR/visibility and debenture prospectus support, if needed, decision.
