RE:RE:RE:Cookies new drinks are not produced by Tinley.Well well, look who's changing hats!!! Feeling scamed?Cheated? lied to? deceived? Too bad you ignored the ''writting on the wall""...i.e the bullboard for the past 5 or is it 6 years! Not sure I want you on my team though! The team logo is 'truth seekers''. It needs to be branded onto your upper left chest, close to your heart, so that we know you are committed. Let me know when you're available!!!

The guy seems rocked out of his mind and hardly intelligable.
Tinley is in the right business based on the amount of competitors queing up to be our competition.
We have to watch our investment very carefully to understand what our management's intentions are for Tinley. Progress has been hard to come by for out team and our leaders took a long time to pull Jeff from the frontpage.
At least a couple of our management team are putting more skin in the game that should buy us some time. There should be something that management can divulge to shareholders and bagholders with respect to orders shipped or something quantitative.
If our co-packing is where the money is then that is what we should be focused on. We do have a nice looking line of skus though which would be a shame to throw away. If that happens then we are an in demand thc infused bottling facility in a good tax concessioned area of Long Beach.
I'm not buying the suggestions that we don't have access to banking and doing everything with cash, like the cartel or gangs. We should be covered by State law protection and we should have some cash flowing into our coffers.
Anybody see the minis on shelves or even know who's they are? If we are getting .50c for each contracted bottle, which was the suggested minimum and it is cash up front for each bottling contract agreement, then we should have money, or it is just bullshyt.
I too wondered what our management circle was doing the whole while that our shareprice was eroding such that there are announcements that they are back in the office.
Is Rick a company starter or just a sales manager bought in to drive sales on new companies?
In retrospect it seems like Jeff was very likely, the least qualified individual, but he was the inspiration, probably prodded on by his Cott connections and took the initiative to start this up and it seems that we were ahead of the curve with first strike advantage, if it all came together in a timely fashion.
A lot of his decisions left me scratching my head, most recently, plastic faced guy hawking the Beckett's.
Our competion is focused on eating our lunch and they all have eyes for California. Canopy, apparently is operating as Canopy Growth USA LLC and working out production for cbd ready to serves for California and keep in mind that it is just a matter of subbing CBD for THC when we get a triggering event. In the meantime they may have all the permitting happening and rely on State Law protection.
No doubt all the players will welcome Interstate commerce and are pushing for it unless they have built vertically integrated companies which will give them first strike advantage but at a cost.
Rick seems to be an honest individual and he knows where this needs to go. Has he got the energy?
