so they don't loose any more money here on those millions of shares they bought at .22 cents .Tilray is working with Teva on the Syqe device, not sure if they want to spend more money here and Aphria got burned by Tetra early in the game for a dollar a share , Canopy growth is lending the mighty medic to Tetra for their trials maybe they would do something.
