He sold 18% of his shares before receiving the results and has 82% still of shares. To me, it means he has 82% confidence the stock price will go higher.

fair enough. I can understand he may need $ for personal reasons and they have a small window in which they can trade.
it just makes me a little nervous as a shareholder seeing that and questioning myself if i should be doing the same.
If the results are bad (which i really hope isn't the case) then it would look really bad on him and the future of the company which still has a lot of drilling to do.
i'd feel much better if he were buying at market price :)
Time will tell.
