RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. The Company is focused on developing cell therapies for aesthetic and orthopedic conditions, including aging/sun-damaged skin, pattern baldness, and chronic tendon degeneration. RCT-01 provides a source of collagen expressing cells to the site of injury, addressing the underlying cause of tendinosis. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

This news also delays the start of the phase 2 trials in China because he is insisting on the dermal injector being used in the trials. This is crazy!

The only good news here is that Shiseido could make a low offer for the Company, avoid arbitration and have a reasonable chance of acquiring Replicel.
