Really scraping the barrel

Really scraping the barrelI find it strange and disconcerting

Xebec traded below the October 5th close today.

The biostream order was announced October 6th.
Th EU grant was announced two weeks later.

Neither of these developments have moved Xebec's market cap one iota.
Xebec is trading as though they never happened.

This smells wrong to me.
Wrong as in "not good"

Perhaps one of the only bright notes we can see reading between the lines is that Brandon is still there.
I don't imagine there have been many days in the last 7 months when he has jumped out of bed really looking forward to going to work.

He's a smart guy.

Either he sees a light at the end of the tunnel,
or they're paying him a fourtune.
