The Safe Banking Bill does not

The Safe Banking Bill does not Decriminalize Marijuana or remove it as a schedule one drug. In other words More (no pun intended) legislative action is required to up list to the major exchanges.  I personally think Chuck got it wrong. Let the safe act pass with the defence bill. Let all the marijuana money roll into the banks. And the powerful bank lobbyists will do the rest pushing the republicans to legalize once and for all. Generating more businesses more Cash flow into banks. It's big money. Big money talks. Come one Chucky pass that safe bill
