Normal Course Issuer Bid

On March 14, 2021, the Fund renewed the normal course issuer bid to purchase up to 500,000 Units prior to March 13, 2022. As of September 30th, 47,400 Units have been purchased at an average price of $64.11 per Unit.

Financial highlights for the nine months:

Free cash flow of $24.0 mil. was utilized to purchase $3.0 mil. of units for cancellation, repay $1.0 mil. term debt, release $9.1 mil. of the Clarion holdback and fund working capital.

Distributable cash flow $1.08 per Unit, resulted in a 32% payout ratio
