My response: That's how financing by adding shares works...but if the funding helps get to 4D and / or jump shares then the buyout price will likely be higher than without this funding being put to work...
Your statement: I would hope to be wrong but the number of units that we can sell is not likely a function of the number of shares outstanding.
My Response: I have no idea what you are trying to say. Units sold and share outstanding aren't related. Only cases you might see this if mgmt has some stock based comp specific to sales....
