The most solid reasoning for no loan is the shelf they just filed. Period. Another reason? They don't seem to have an IP (show me parents) that bank can hold as a collateral. Say, bank gives them $25 mil. What guarantees does bank have that they'll get their money back plus interest? None as I can see. Unrealized few million $ isn't a collateral. Key word - unrealized.
