Greenlane Renewables Inc T.GRN

Alternate Symbol(s):  GRNWF

Greenlane Renewables Inc. is a Canada-based company, which provides biogas upgrading systems. Its systems produce clean, renewable natural gas from organic-waste sources including landfills, wastewater treatment plants, dairy farms, and food waste, suitable for either injection into the natural gas grid or for direct use as commercial vehicle fuel. The biogas upgrading systems, marketed and sold by the Company under the Greenlane Renewables brand, remove impurities and separate carbon dioxide from bio methane in the raw biogas created from the anaerobic decomposition of organic waste at landfills, wastewater treatment plants, farms, food waste streams, and other feedstock sources. It is engaged in deploying the three main upgrading technologies: water wash, pressure swing adsorption, and membrane separation, plus proprietary biogas desulfurization technology. It has delivered over 145 biogas upgrading systems into 19 countries and over 160 biogas desulfurization units.

Formal Policy to Be Introduced to Cap Emissions

Formal Policy to Be Introduced to Cap EmissionsPrime Minister Justin Trudeau invoked the memory of Lytton, B.C., on Monday as he called for global action in the fight against climate change and formally committed to a cap on emissions produced by Canada's oil and gas sector.

The prime minister was speaking at the 26th meeting of the Council of Parties to the UN climate convention, known as COP26, where more than 120 world leaders have gathered for two days to assess global efforts to address what many see as an existential problem.

A lack of regulations for the sector has long been a sore spot between environmental groups and Ottawa.

"We'll cap oil and gas sector emissions today and ensure they decrease tomorrow at a pace and scale needed to reach net zero by 2050," Trudeau told the leaders.

The prime minister said Sunday that while there is always a lot of attention on the setting of targets, not enough attention goes to meeting them. He said Canada is now focused on implementing the policies needed to meet its existing targets.

This should be very helpful for a company such as greenlane renewables which has the proven technology to help achieve this ambitious plan.

Something to think about as you decide were to invest that hard earned dollar or were to invest your money as you sell those  poor performers in 2021.

Renewables, renewables, renewables, thats the future folks!!!!
