RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Heritage Cannabis Secures $1.5 Million From Merida Capital Fbneister2,, i did some research on RS if Clint and the board of directors do the consolidation 9 for 1 then the share price should start trading at .54 cents a share .  There's still that gap of .46 cents a share that has to be made up to get it over a dollar a share.  If David the new CEO can rebrand the company and get the revenues up substantially then a RS won't be need and the speculators will back off and the stock will stabilize.  It's really wait and see at this point in time.  I'm staying with the 100,000 shares I own because a 9 for 1 will leave me with 9,000 shares.  If I can get .50 cents a share I'll break even and I can sleep at night again.  I don't have any confidence long term in this deal.  I know Clint saved the company for now but he didn't do any favours for the shareholders
