Quite true cracker. As pointed out in their news release, this built in time buffer between now and end of the public comment period allows for efficient management of supply chain issues and to take care of the other mundane portions of the entire process. Not surprisingly, the market isn't giving too much love today to our share price...a mere few pennies as most of the earnings news was already baked in. Unfortunately, copper price and permit news are the only factors to drive share price...for now that is.
