the mtgs hav not gone yet...  not in Ca..  its still booming...

i think scotia force majuered and became an unwanted warm body in the office @ NCI..

NCI is a hotrod..  and several players from the rim want this property is a locked chattel...

10B sounds like investors took a few of their balls away from the game.. 

they should hav SEDARS with the losses
