RE:RE:RE:RE:Next stop 1.63Timing is everything...... and Valens timing is off by several months. 

I am hard pressed to see any interest in the cannabis space at present and I really don't know when interest will come back. This space is void of sizzle. 

Companies are being evaluated now based on current and projected financial performance and there aren't many good stories out there at least in the near term.

Revenues and margins will not catch up to burn rate for some time, and even when they do.... it won't move the needle that much.

Too many companies chasing too few dollars with too little cash to do so, including Valens.  

I am about 15 cents above break even...... and won't put another penny in until management can prove it can......

Deliver Revenue 
Deliver Margin
Deliver on acquisition synergies that will reduce burn rate

It will soon be time for VLNS to be acquired...... 

Hope I am wrong.... but....
