I think ARX is watching the Court process regarding Blueberry (if which Attachie sits). Unfortunately, the court process may muddy the waters for now. If i remember correctly, the BC government has till March '22 to repsond to the court declaration from this summer. That maybe why they are holding back on extra budget. Do your own DD as i might be mistaken. TD12
