Since Chrysos Photonassay is a nondestructive technique they can do that first then send the sample in for destructive fire assay. Once the market becomes comfortable with the technique and it's results they can suspend the practice.
For international legalities you will have to consult a lawyer. I do not know. Canada is not Australia and Fosterville isn't using Canadian labs.
