Federal or at least Provincial regulations would kick start the switch it is digusting to still see all the plastic and styrofoam pacaging at the big box stores and take out restaurants.I watch a lot of cooking shows from the US and many very popular 1000 person a day places even use plastic and styro in the restaurant and take out.Alberta just gave a loan gaurantee to a huge plastic pellet refinery that needs to end I read once that bottom feeders like shrimp are up to 50% plastic per weight.
