Cabbie, A sale of Wilan would be my preference as well. That way, the value of Wilan can be maximized. If Wilan was spun off to QTRH shareholders, it would likely trade at a discount to intrinsic value.

Astutein - have you never held a publicco that reorganized itself, where its shareholders ended up with 2 separately traded listed companies that they owned directly?

I cannot believe you do not get it.
