ILL confess - the reason I want a div started is because I own so much--- 650,000 common and 300,000 in options.

Personally I just want to get paid. And they can afford it.. ~$29 after capex FCF @ $81 oil. 

that's $5.62 potential div.

5-10% (like mgmt already agreed to).... is 56 cents a share
and that's at $82 oil. 

And I think oils goin WAYY higher
i was the guy calling $100 by Xmas back in the $60's on WTI.


so yes.... they need to quit puzzyfooting around and pay us.
this is a dividend stock 
MANY People (like myself), stuck with the company because of the divided
